Once a subscription has been activated and used, we do not offer refunds. This policy is in place because the value of our platform—including real-time data processing and infrastructure allocation—is delivered immediately upon subscription.

Trial Period

We offer a 14-day full-featured trial for all new users. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this trial to ensure that Tracebit meets your requirements before choosing a paid plan. You can cancel your trial at any time before it ends to avoid being charged.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the platform for the remainder of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Exceptions

In very rare cases of technical failure on our part that renders the platform unusable for an extended period, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial credit or refund.
